We are helping to save Baltic Sea and its heritage with the John Nurminen Foundation! The foundation carries out effective and concrete actions to protect the Baltic Sea and ensures that the sea’s stories are passed on to future generations.

The foundation’s projects aim to improve the condition of the Baltic Sea by reducing the load and environmental problems affecting it, such as eutrophication and biodiversity loss. Established in 1992, the foundation is also dedicated to preserving, revitalizing, and sharing the cultural heritage and stories related to the sea. The work is driven by results and impact.
